What aBetterMe is

aBetterMe is a wellness service. We read the daily data from your wearable, pair it with practices from classical Ayurveda and peer-reviewed sleep, HRV and metabolic research, and send you a short plan for the day.

This is general wellness information, not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. We do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, are pregnant, or take medication, talk to a qualified clinician before acting on an insight. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use aBetterMe. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you give us is accurate.

Your account

Keep your login secure and do not share it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree to connect only your own wearable account and to give us accurate quiz answers, since the quality of your insight depends on them.

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to harm others.

Tips and payments

aBetterMe is free to use. There is no subscription, no trial that expires, and no card required to sign up.

If you find it useful, you can leave a one-off or recurring tip through our payments processor. Tips are voluntary. Your insights keep arriving whether or not you tip, and you can cancel a recurring tip at any time.

Your data and content

You own your data. How we handle it is set out in the privacy policy.

The insights, quiz, content and software are ours (or our licensors'). You may use your own insights freely — including sharing the PDF with your doctor — but you may not resell or redistribute the service itself.

Availability and changes

We aim to deliver an insight every morning, but we depend on your device, your wearable provider and third-party services, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery.

We may update, pause or discontinue features, and we may change these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and let you know.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on an insight. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using aBetterMe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the service or breaches these terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
